Bishoff and Sloan Compete at Penn Relays
April 27, 2012PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Anderson University track and field senior standouts Whitney Bishoff and Lauren Sloan competed at the prestigious 118th Penn Relays Thursday at Franklin Field.
Bishoff notched an eighth-place finish in the 10k, with a time of 35:52.18, while Sloan finished 18th in the shot put, with a toss of 12.37 meters.
The event encompasses more than 425 races and 33 hours of competition featuring more than 22,000 high school, college and Olympians from more than 60 countries over a three-day span.
