Women's Soccer Announces Fall and Winter Mini CampsSeptember 17, 2012
ANDERSON, S.C. - Anderson University women’s soccer head coach Samar Azem has announced dates for the women’s soccer FALL and WINTER Mini-Camps to be held at the Anderson University athletic campus.
The FALL Mini-Camp is set for October 7, with check-in beginning at 1 p.m. with technical and tactical sessions to follow. The clinic will include a dinner provided on campus as well as a final college preparation Q&A session prior to check out at 7:30 p.m.
The WINTER Mini-Camp is set for November 17. Check-in will begin at 9 a.m. with technical and tactical sessions to follow. The clinic will include a lunch provided on campus as well as a final college preparation Q&A session prior to check out at 4 p.m.
The camps are designed to develop speed of play and tactical decision making in an environment geared towards individual attention.
Campers will be given an opportunity to learn and compete within the structure of the Anderson University women’s soccer daily training routine and intensity level. Collegiate coaches will help instruct and evaluate players within the standards of collegiate soccer to enhance each camper’s game.
The unique advantage of the mini-camps is that all sessions will have current Anderson University women’s soccer standouts available to help coach, compete against, and train each camper to give them a unique opportunity of en elite collegiate training environment.
The fee for both camps is set at $75 for the day. A maximum of 40 campers will be accepted per clinic and spots are limited, so sign up quickly. To register and for more information please click on the following link and send in your registration with a non-refundable fee of $30.
The mini-camps are open to any and all female entrants aged 11-18.
