Ryan Kroskie joied the Trojan athletic training staff in 2010 following four years as an assistant at Indiana University. He received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in athletic training from Indiana in 2008 and completed his master’s degree in June.
The Bloomington, Ind., native also spent a season as an intern with the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts and served for the past two years as the Head Athletic Trainer at Edgewood High School (Elletsville, Ind.), where he was responsible for all athletic teams and served as a clinical instructor for IU’s undergraduate athletic training students.
While with the Hoosiers, Kroskie oversaw the sports medicine needs of the volleyball and women’s tennis teams, performing treatment and condition plans and helped design off-season injury maintenance programs. He also acquired clinical experience at the Bloomington Bone and Joint Orthopedic Clinic and as a student athletic trainer he was honored with the Edith Shuman Award for Academic Excellence.
Kroskie and his wife, Deanna, are residents of Anderson.
