ROCK HILL, S.C. – The 2013 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Women’s Tennis Tournament has been halted due to inclement weather in the area, with third-seeded Anderson trailing second-seeded Tusculum, 2-1 following doubles action Friday afternoon at the Rock Hill Tennis Center.
